Work-life balance is shocking / colleagues, salary, benefits better - Administrative Assistant AlixPartners Employee Review

Work-life balance is non-existent, although I'm sure this is not the case for everyone. Recruitment is slow and people above the immediate team leaders do not appear to respond to 'red flags', or they simply do not care / do not want to press with higher leadership team. Considering the hours worked, would be better off at a job where paid by the hour rather than on a decent salary but working consistently all day and all night.
