      Smart people, interesting projects. We help our clients at some critical junctures in their lifecycles

      Cons

      Some MDs are not actually leaders - overuse terms like "hyptheses" testing but basically have no clue what they want/need and abuse teams and their members.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
