      Great environment, intelligent people, complex and challenging work. Encouraged to ask questions and push yourself and others.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
