      - Challenging environment - A lot of consultants come from technical backgrounds who can provide real experience to the clients - All firm offices operate as one company where consultants can be staffed globally in any office

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
