      Good salary and bonus, good perks. Culture is team dependent but generally operates with a flat hierarchy, and the people are very friendly and personable.

      Cons

      A few accidental managers with little regard for upward feedback.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
