Pros

Good pay for what they are asking hires todo.

Cons

- Senior management appears to be disconnected from the latest advancements in the consulting sector. They continue to rely on technology and methodologies reminiscent of those used at the beginning of my consulting career. - Surprisingly, the company lacks a comprehensive CRM system. So, sales is a disconnected process across business functions. - The approach to knowledge management is subpar. Without a proper archival system, knowledge sharing is inefficiently handled through email, which is far from ideal. - As for marketing, the strategy seems limited to writing and publishing blog posts on LinkedIn. A visit to the blog reveals a lack of insightful or thought-provoking content. It adheres to an outdated marketing approach focused solely on blog post promotion, a strategy that has not evolved in the past two decades.

Pros

Hybrid work model, benefits (lots of paid time off, school tuition reimbursement, medical, dental, vision, insurance, etc.), some great people to work with, possibility to contribute to high level work

Cons

Understaffed, hiring freezes, working with client services who treat you as if you’re lesser than them, untrained managers, no career trajectory, working with incompetent individuals who can’t get fired, takes a long time to make changes/complete projects, unrealistic expectations, corporate politics
