      Great place to work for salary and benefits. Great team to work with. Company seems to really care about you

      Cons

      Upper level management is not willing to change. Everything is wanted yesterday and they don’t want you to follow procedures if those procedures don’t benefit them

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
