      Very smart people dedicated to making a difference Great clients with 'when it really matters' issues Rarely a dull moment

      Cons

      More political than it used to be. Struggling with growing pains (still) and less collegial than it used to be. Elbows considerably sharper these days

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
