      Some very intelligent people work for AlixPartners.

      Cons

      Some groups within the firm have a very closed management style that leaves those doing the work wondering what management is doing. The better you are at your job the more work will be dumped on you.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
