      Great people and low fences to explore different corners of the firm. Lots of opportunities to build out new offerings.

      Cons

      Despite effort to change this, still stuck in the Mon-Thurs travel rut. Many old school MDs demand on-site client work to justify high price tag.

      Pros

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
