The onboarding process so far has been wonderful. Its always nerve wracking and scary to start a new position. Its really drinking from a fire hose but the process here has been so supportive and helpful!!! I appreciate the time and patience we are given so the onboarding can be a thoughtful and meaningful process and not one to just quickly get through!
