Business Outlook
Pros
Great company culture that is rooted in collaboration. The company is lead by a strong management team that is truly invested in its employees. Everyone in the office is passionate about the exciting work that Alkermes has to offer. Not to mention, there are plenty of opportunities for growth and recognition.
Cons
I really can't think of many cons. In the past I would've said flexibility regarding remote working, but the company is currently working on rolling out a new work from home policy.
