-Was small company, now larger and losing its ability to take care of employees -Some leaders focused too much on impressing bosses--not taking care of all people -Loyalty is starting to become a one way street; expected up the ladder but not rewarded down the ladder -Promotions handed out like candy to a select few (those in MA office); but other deserving employees at other sites are continually passed over despite very high performance ratings
