Pros
-The people are compassionate and caring. Some companies talk about being patient focused. This company is genuinely about the patient. -The benefits are the best in pharma. Great time off. Low monthly premiums for health insurance. (PPO BCBS around 140$ a month for an entire family-low deductible). Just excellent health insurance. They have a fleet option with generous choices (Volvo SUV/Toyota SUVs) and a car allowance option so you can purchase a car of your choice. -strong pipe line and good R and D team. Excellent products. -They don’t micro manage. They hire tenured reps they don’t need to babysit. They let you run your business. -Generous patient assistance programs and copay reductions for patients. -They rank and pay out bonuses fairly. No forced ranks or odd goal setting. You easily make between 15-20k a quarter here in bonus. -Not a lot of travel. One short national sales meeting and maybe one or two small local meetings a year. -They have a great training department. You leave training ready to sell.
Cons
Having a few more people in operations may be helpful. Especially during the expansion.
