- Worst culture by far (some don't even acknowledge your presence as you walk past them saying hi). This is the reason I was in and out before 1 year. - Micro-management (coming to your desk repeatedly since day one every hour saying is this done, is that done) - They STEAL money from you. Use your vacation time before you leave this shady company. - HR is a total pain to deal with and very unprofessional. - Lack of recognition/importance for your work - 80% of people that I worked with at the time are no longer at the company and every new hire that was hired around my time left before 1 year for the reasons mentioned. They felt the same way.
