Pros
Sadly, like seemingly so many employers these days, a great job and potentially excellent lifelong career is offput by horrible management. The compensation is really good as are the benefits. The work is rewarding and not physically strenuous. Gained a lot of experience here but eventually padded my resume and moved on to greener pastures.
Cons
The poor management lets this place down badly, and that's when you can get them to show up. Lack of decision making and critical thinking, and sometimes seemingly no common sense. Also management seems to separate themselves from the work, especially when things do not go as planned, and this hurts everyone. This on top of no real clear policy and an old and outdated handbook leads to a lot of vagueness in its interpretation as well as its abuse in favor of management. You'll be fine if you come in, keep your head down, and mouth shut.
