Pros

Laid back atmosphere. Do not micromanage there workers. Low stress. Great job if you dont really want to do any work just show up and get paid but in turn have long boring days!

Cons

Very disorganized. I had about 5 minutes if training. Noone seems to want to do there job. Everyone is very negative and there is alot of talking about coworkers and petty crap.

Decent benefits, mileage reimbursement, the bare minimum, co workers are nice

Cons

Pay per visit isnt realistic as routes are all over any area..drive time averages 3 + hours a day. They dont even ask if you want to go over the minimum points required to work full time, they just keep adding patients to your schedule. The software crashes often and isnt user friendly, no 401K. Highly unorganized
