Company/Management is always accommodating to employees.

I wish there are more in services to be offered for clinicians.

Decent benefits, mileage reimbursement, the bare minimum, co workers are nice

Pay per visit isnt realistic as routes are all over any area..drive time averages 3 + hours a day. They dont even ask if you want to go over the minimum points required to work full time, they just keep adding patients to your schedule. The software crashes often and isnt user friendly, no 401K. Highly unorganized
