Pros
None. Management at this location is shady and avoids answering questions about pay, they frequently forget to let you know you are scheduled. Every day you find out if you work via text message the day before making hours unreliable.
Cons
They say they pay 18-23 an hour but if you get to the shop at 7am when you are scheduled and the job takes till 6pm they are happy to pay you for 5-7 hours and have you get your back pay from the DOL. They claim they have a company policy which allows them not to pay you for all your hours worked but could not provide the policy when I asked about it. If you work more than a 5 hour moving job you end up making well below minimum wage for an 11 hour day of moving in the summer heat.
