Undermans the Jobs. Getting parts to the jobsites is a nightmare!! You can count on it that it will never be sooner than a week and a half up to 3-4 weeks, even pre-covid. I won't even get into how hard it is to get enough guys on site to actually keep pace with the other trades on the jobsite, REDICULOUS!!!! They will use you up until your burned out and KICK you to the curb. Every employee is disposable to this company no matter how hard they work or how good of Electrician they are. After being employed there for several years I still never met a single employee that felt like they were appreciated there . The owner is as two faced as they come and will use any and every trick in the book to rip off the customers, as well as the employees that are busting their A so he can pay for that beach front property in Hawaii.
