Pros
Absolutely NO pros to working here unless you like to be mentally abused
Cons
There are so many negatives to this company : 1) Ownership- This is the real problem. Management thinks they know it all and does not listen to advice. All of the owners are under the impression that they are the future kings in waiting and do whatever they please without any oversight. Ownership trusts no outsiders and despite their beliefs that they encourage input they do not. They hire people under the premise that they are empowered when in reality they have no authority whatsoever. 2) Ownership has their spies whom they encourage to report any transgressions no matter how small to them. This creates a terrible hostile working environment. Owner micromanages everything from spelling in your emails to how many paper clips you can order. The owners truly manage the company paranoid. 3) Cameras are all over the place. In the owners offices they monitor all the cameras all the time. If someone is in the bathroom too long they alert one of the spies who goes in there to speed things up. They even have cameras in the Human Resources office which basically eliminates any potential for confidentiality. A truly pathetic and depressing environment to work in 4) ZERO positive reinforcement. You make a mistake you never live it down but if the owners make a mistake it is as if nothing happened. You are never appreciated for anything you do and the owners philosohpy is that you should be grateful they employ you. I guess 75% of us are not grateful since that is what the average turnover is. My advice to anyone called to interview here is delete that email or voicemail and pretend you never heard from this company STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE
