Made good friends working there.

Cons

It's all cons. Run fast and far away from them. The owners treat you like garbage and make a sweat shop look like a great place to work. You are being recorded every minute you are there and the slightest cough is used against you. There are a core of 5 original employees, the treat every other employee like their servants and the blond company rat makes a charging rattlesnake look like a kitten.

It's a privilege to be a part of an extraordinary company that has completely shattered my expectations when it comes to work culture. The company's commitment to fostering a positive remote work environment is evident in every interaction and initiative. The managers (Brie, Ryan, Gary, and of course Donna!) are an absolute delight. They understand the unique challenges of remote work and go above and beyond to ensure that their department members have everything they need to excel. They provide continuous support, guidance, and resources, making it easy for remote employees to collaborate and stay connected. The company president, Nick, has a remarkable dedication to the well-being and happiness of every employee. Their open-door policy and genuine willingness to listen to concerns are simply commendable. It's not just lip service—action is taken immediately to address any issues or suggestions brought forward. This responsiveness and commitment to making a positive difference truly set the tone for the entire organization.
