Pros

Close to Kamas if you live up in that area.

Cons

All West was a great place to work when i started in 2000. But it got so bad over the last few years of employment after the new President was hired that I had to pursue other jobs. There was a feeling of "who's on the chopping block this week" and "who can we blame stuff on this week" feeling of fear there over the last few years of my employment. No one was safe. Since then, they have blamed poor upper management decisions on random hard working managers and have demote or fired them. Pay was not good because they thought they had you living in Kamas and thought you would never want to commute for a job. They also like to take you out of your expertise and put you in a job you dont want and dont have a clue how to do, then reprimand when you couldn't do it. Very bad and heartless.

Pros

Pay when I started wasnt bad (but i hear they are trying to start new people in this job with $2 less an hour then when i started), health insurance is good, co workers are good people. Once your with the company for a long time, there are opportunities to change departments. Also getting commission is a big positive.

Cons

Management is so bad. They Micromanage every aspect of our work life. They expect you to communicate everything you're doing in a work group chat to include using the restroom. If management feels you should be available to take calls, they will change your call status to force calls through even if youre in the middle of working in a program. They are also not hiring enough employees to cover areas that need coverage. This position is basically call center and the add for the job didnt express that clearly. They are also slowly introducing AI in the company more heavily which seems to be replacing the role of a management position that previously helped employees with training and regular feedback after telling us AI wouldn't be taking our jobs. Also when you do this job you are expected to understand billing, do trouble shooting, data entry, excessive amounts of communications, and the management is not available to customers when requested because they aren't even available to employees when needed. It takes sometimes an hour to get a response from management when you have questions that are directly messaged to them. Also we only have one manager for all locations so there is not anyone available in person to go to when needed. All departments are struggling to keep up with the work and new changes and very much dislike eachother when something goes wrong. There is no time to breathe in this job. Every single aspect is rushed, we should only be on a call for X time, and only have X time for notes, and data entry must be done as quickly as possible which results in errors that affect the employees' ability to grow in the company. The company is great but this role in its current state is a nightmare. This job is 9 hours of getting yelled at by customers and being rushed without having any kind of decent support from management for employees.
