Great experience and look forward to the future - Business Applications Manager AllCloud Employee Review

I've been at AllCloud for 3 months and have found it a great place to work, primarily because of the people. The company is fast-growing and moving out of a start-up phase, so there are many opportunities. I've worked in organizations before that struggle to hold onto the way things have always been done but I find that most in AllCloud I've worked with check their egos at the door and collaborate to find the best solutions so we can move forward and support future growth. Everyone is extremely welcoming and leadership is very intentional about providing in-person and virtual teambuilding opportunities that aren't typically seen at a globally dispersed company with more than half its employees fully remote. There is an investment in education and certifications. Overall I have had a great experience so far and look forward to what the future holds.
