      While management is problematic, many of the employees are skilled and knowledgeable, which can help when trying to navigate the chaos that often defines the work environment.

      Cons

      Management at AllCloud is disconnected from the daily challenges employees face. Leadership often makes poor decisions, lacks transparency, and seems more focused on protecting their own interests than supporting their teams.

      Pros

      Nothing really positive - the AWS work maybe

      Cons

      Terrible management and project management especially bad - the pm’s only schedule meetings but act like they are in charge with no tech knowledge - they over meeting the client but do not realize it bc pm’s need something to do… they make money by using AWS MAP program which is AWS given money to customers to switch to AWS which goes to AC.
