      Pros

      - Great culture (especially for a remote workplace) - Remote allows fantastic work/life balance - Meritocracy with room to grow at all levels - Room for professional development with training and certification encouraged

      Cons

      Workload can be a lot if you aren't used to it, and you're expected to know what you're doing at your job level. Fake-it-till-you-make-it types will not do well here.

      Pros

      Nothing really positive - the AWS work maybe

      Cons

      Terrible management and project management especially bad - the pm’s only schedule meetings but act like they are in charge with no tech knowledge - they over meeting the client but do not realize it bc pm’s need something to do… they make money by using AWS MAP program which is AWS given money to customers to switch to AWS which goes to AC.
