The environment and culture are great and really supportive. Leadership is fantastic: caring and collaborative, and I trust their decisions. I believe in their vision, which is huge for me. I feel genuinely valued and trusted to do my job. I also have access to tools and training whenever needed. This is a small thing, but I love the fact that I have a standing/sitting desk.
