      Work from home is the only positive about this company.

      Cons

      Extremely deceptive. Was told one thing during the interview and ended up being something completely different. I was let go after 3 months. My manager was rarely available. Training was useless to help you succeed as a contract recruiter. This role is a contract recruiter role only. Benefits are extremely expensive and the 401k has the lowest match I’ve ever seen. Keep looking.

      Work from home is nice

      Cons

      Churn and burn, rinse and repeat. The upper management sets expectations that recruitment cannot hit without proper sales support, leading to PIPS, with no ideal solutions besides to keep doing what you’re doing, which means failure.
