      Pros

      It's been said over and over again - Myers doesn't just talk the talk, they do the walk... in all aspects of employee development, safety and dignity. One of the few real 'family businesses' left.

      Cons

      Not really a downside; but, it doesn't seem like work (most of the time) - despite the energy and hours put in.

      Good opportunity for growth and taking courses to keep educating yourself. Bonus opportunity Good work-life balance The manager was amazing, really cared about employees and the company.
