Pros

Small company with a lot of growth, you will be able to move around to different departments. It's also one of the few airlines that is still making money not losing it.

Cons

My department has been understaffed since I started, the turnover rate is awful and it has everything to do with bad communication inside the department and company wide as well as the in house system. The in house system everyone uses is slow, very manual, and not reliable, there's rumors that this will be replaced in the SOC but nothing has been finalized.

You would have a varied schedule.

Cons

You work a flight and immediately turn back around to go back. You're on the plane all day. There's no time to step off.the plane to get food or snacks or just to walk around.

The customer care department can be an incredibly challenging environment; success and growth here depend entirely on an individual's personal focus, resilience, and daily effort.
