Free flight benefits which you can never use because the scheduling is horrible .

Cons

Everything....Scheduling, policies and procedures, pay, training is terrible and they treat their customers like crap.

You would have a varied schedule.

Cons

You work a flight and immediately turn back around to go back. You're on the plane all day. There's no time to step off.the plane to get food or snacks or just to walk around.
