Pros

Maybe some of my employees. They were really fun at times.

Cons

The flight attendants at this company are expendable and they do not care about you. You have to fight for every penny you make, all the while getting sick and calling out is punitive regardless if you have a doctors note. Your expected to work like a robot and adhere to the industries most strict attendance and points policy. Basically your not allowed to get sick more than once a year. There is no room for human error. You can be honest and forthcoming and management will throw it in your face. It’s just disappointing because they paint a beautiful picture of the job at training then boom, your thrown to the wolves, literally. I’m happily at another airline and will not look back. The grass is way greener on my side now.

Pros

* One of Allegiant’s biggest selling points is that most flights are out-and-back, so flight attendants are typically home at the end of their duty day. * This can be a major benefit if you have children or want a more predictable home life.

Cons

Allegiant’s pay has historically been lower than what many legacy carriers (Delta, United, American) pay, although contracts and wages can change over time.

Pros

Positive Work Culture: Strong team collaboration, supportive leadership, and a community-focused environment. Growth and Development: Opportunities for skill-building, internal advancement, and continuous learning. Work-Life Balance: Flexibility in scheduling, understanding management, or a steady pace that respects personal time. Impactful Work: The satisfaction of solving problems, coaching others, or seeing the direct results of your efforts.

Cons

The customer care department can be an incredibly challenging environment; success and growth here depend entirely on an individual's personal focus, resilience, and daily effort.
