Pros

There's plenty of money in the bank. You'll be bombarded by how profitable the company is, how successful a particular market is, or how a market is being outright abandoned wholesale.

Cons

The reason the company is profitable is you. It's actually a miracle that the company is profitable at all, given the critical dysfunction of the IT/development process. But the company only answers to shareholders, not internal employees, and somehow the value of the stock went up throughout the course of a 4 hour+ website outage that also disabled internal booking tools. An issue which is a fantastic example of the issues with the deployment process. Test *all* deployments before releasing to production!

Pros

You would have a varied schedule.

Cons

You work a flight and immediately turn back around to go back. You're on the plane all day. There's no time to step off.the plane to get food or snacks or just to walk around.

Pros

Positive Work Culture: Strong team collaboration, supportive leadership, and a community-focused environment. Growth and Development: Opportunities for skill-building, internal advancement, and continuous learning. Work-Life Balance: Flexibility in scheduling, understanding management, or a steady pace that respects personal time. Impactful Work: The satisfaction of solving problems, coaching others, or seeing the direct results of your efforts.

Cons

The customer care department can be an incredibly challenging environment; success and growth here depend entirely on an individual's personal focus, resilience, and daily effort.
