Pros

Home every night. Unless there is a mecanica or weather and you have to stay over. You build long lasting friendships because they are a small growing company you really get to know the people you work with. The people you work with care about each other.starting pay is higher then most.

Cons

Management is un professional. They have been trying to vote in a union to protect the flight attendants because company seems to take advantage of employees. They are very cheap and encourage you to not stay long with the company. Pay cap ia very low in comparison to other airlines.the bidding system they use has no regards to your senority. The days of flying was always about everyone complaining about the company which makes for a negitive environment.

The customer care department can be an incredibly challenging environment; success and growth here depend entirely on an individual's personal focus, resilience, and daily effort.
