Pros

- relaxed office - casual dress code - unlimited PTO

Cons

Leadership has no plans to get what they want. They come up with targets and then expect the execution to be pushed from the bottom up. Talented people are leaving everyday, from leadership roles to entry level positions. There are so many politics at play and HR does nothing to reprimand those who are killing the culture. 2 years ago I would have recommended everyone I know to work there and now I am helping my friends that still do find other jobs. This place is taking on water, and it's only a matter of time before the profits sink just like the culture already has begun.

Pros

Good benefits and pay is competitive Flexible PTO and work options

Cons

Things move very slowly from development opportunities to decision making. Not very big on diversity and you can feel like an outsider if you have a different mindset than leadership. Culture is not for everybody.
