Great people; some of the best. The company is growing and there's no lack of interesting projects and initiatives to work on. New leadership is making good changes.
Cons
Lack of accountability and ownership at some levels. Complicated processes. Poor financial discipline. OpCo employees don't view you as an equal partner due to a history of average-to-poor performance.
