-highly flawed management with no real management training and no oversight of managers -hiring is broken -- I saw so many underqualified people get hired into roles they could not do well -no real performance evaluations -- poor performers aren't held to any kind of standard and are often even promoted; promotions seem to be based on kissing up rather than merit.
