Pros
I'm an engineer at AI2, and have found this to be an excellent place to work. There's a ton of interesting problems, and it's small enough that the work you do has immediate impact. It's also a great place to learn about AI, and to help contribute to open-source projects that we use. I've never worked at a place that's so open to contributing back to the community - it's phenomenal!
Cons
AI2 is still very new, and that means that we are still making some mistakes in how we plan and execute projects. It's not as bad as a place with a bad process set in stone, but it's also not as good as a place with a great development process already established.
