I thought I was signing up to get great work experience with children who really needed my help... I was wrong.
Cons
The company was in contact with me for several months about a job. I went to interview, waited 30 minutes, and the interviewer never showed up, so they had a different staff member I had never talked to interview me. They finally sent me the extensive employment paperwork to fill out after talking to multiple people about the very few details they gave me regarding my position. After a few more calls and emails they finally sent me my offer letter. FOUR hours later they revoked my offer, just then stating that they were unable to accommodate my one day a week school schedule that required me to leave an hour early. I had been in contact with multiple employees letting them know about the one day a week I needed to attend school and they all said it shouldn't be a problem. They failed to communicate as a company and as a result offered and then revoked my job in the same day due to their negligence and lack of communication among their staff. I wasted months of my time committed to them, planning to pay for school with the job and now I am left jobless and currently unable to afford school until I find another job... elsewhere. The hiring staff told me to add him on linked in to use his contacts/resources to look elsewhere to find another job, as he told me that there was nothing he could do about the revoked offer. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this disorganized company.
