Pay sucks! Benefits except for 403b are terrible and expensive! Management team is horrible does not provide good support. They play favorites! Training when going into a new role is lacking Everyone talks about you behind your back Schedule is horrible if you have kids Co-workers call off all the time sometimes leaving you alone and/or they show up way late after your shift ends. Several times I got stuck working till 12 or 1pm after working a 14 hour shift and overnight! There is a reason why several people are quitting and leaving! Culture is terrible!
