Terrible company to work for. Avoid - Anonymous Alleviate Employee Review

Pros

A few minor benefits that just doesn’t make up for the problems this company has.

Cons

Work environment is fast-paced and incredibly stressful. Expectations are unreasonable, you’re often “asked” to work longer hours, and forced to take on multiple roles outside your job description. Management only cares about metrics, so a lot of great employees often go unrewarded simply because what they bring to the table just can’t be measured.

We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations. We understand every role comes with its own challenges, and we work hard to provide the tools, support, and flexibility needed for our team members to succeed. While some roles may not have traditional performance metrics, we value the impact each person makes and recognize that success can look different across teams. We never want anyone to feel pressured, and we’re genuinely sorry if you felt otherwise. We’ll continue working to ensure every team member feels supported and respected and appreciate your feedback.

Pros

Welcoming offices, management team has been nothing but supportive and engaging with questions on the best course for success.

Cons

There can be a large learning curve if you are unfamiliar with debt relief and credit review.

Pros

View is nice but literally the only redeeming quality

Cons

They over work you and treat you like it’s your fault that you’re not producing when there’s hardly any tools available to work with. They prioritize incessant and many teams meeting instead of letting people work on their productivity. The phone system sucks and you never know if it’s someone calling in or the dialer calling out and some poor schmuck answering. Lots of these “leads” are hardly vetted and it counts against you even if they weren’t qualified in the first place. And the pay plan is its own circle of inferno. It’s insulting and the reason why most of the people you will work with are working for minimum wage. Turn over rate is unbelievable and the managers are a bunch of middle management whip cracking drones. Not to mention one of them was just suspended for sleeping with a sales person. There are people who go to the hospital from mental breakdowns from this place and as of recently they fired about 30 staff in one week with no notice. As you can imagine there are a lot of lawsuits headed their way so be wary and don’t get caught in the middle.
