Pros

Pay is fairly high for the area but still could be higher. Easy place to get to being in a smaller town. Flexible Work schedule. Good Work/Life balance most of the time. Company is growing and expanding.

Cons

Buildings could use some updating such as adding windows, color, new carpet, newer chairs for meetings. No Wifi on site. Computers could be better/faster. No lunchrooms outside of the factory and breakrooms could be bigger/better and provide free coffee, apple cider, hot chocolate, and/or filtered water. The products could look better, especially home units. More color.

Pros

I loved my team, I loved my work, and my direct managers were awesome! I loved the flexibility to work from home.

Cons

Speaking only on a corporate level, this company restructures and revamps A LOT and this frequently leads to many very good and loyal team members losing their jobs through no fault of their own. It's disheartening to put so much into your job only to be discarded.
