Pros
Management had a open door policy, the department was very close knit and gathered on multiple occasions outside of work. Seems that there is rapid room to grow especially in the materials department,. Good benefits overall. Company is growing, so more opportunities could be in the horizon.
Cons
Management could micro-manage a little too much, often slowing work down and adding unecessary burdens. Certain managers lacked personal communication skills .
