I have really enjoyed my employment with Alliance Laundry Systems. I feel proud to work at an industry leader and know that my contributions matter. I am able to add value to the organization and my co-workers. I have seen several opportunities for growth for a lot of employees at all levels of the organization. This is a great environment to grow and develop personally and professionally. We are a growing company with a track record of success. Who wouldn’t want to be a part of that?
Cons
There are certainly some areas that need improvement at Alliance. I recently attended the Town Hall meeting with a report from our CEO. Our leaders are aware of our opportunities for improvement. I am excited for the changes being made in 2016. I can tell we are taking a step in the right direction.
