      Good people. Great opportunity for learning.

      Cons

      It doesn't seem like the company is doing well and there is nothing but good news from upper management. There is a disconnect and every few years there is a 10 percent reduction in staff, or another restacking to reduce real estate costs.

      AB is a solid mid-sized company with a really good work-life balance. The culture is friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Compensation is relatively lower compared to larger firms, especially big tech or larger financial institutions.
