Business Outlook
Pros
Company has reinvented itself from 2008. Much broader product set, especially in areas of private credit/private capital. It is a fairly rigid organization but can be very entrepreneurial if you are creative. Comp plan has been completely revamped and very competitive, especially for top producers.
Cons
Support staff is over-worked and is not compensated well. MD's are hit or miss...most are pretty weak.
