Pros
Alliance Bernstein has a relaxed atmosphere and most of the non-senior level employees seem to be decent people. The dress code is primarily casual and most of the staff is friendly.
Cons
The company is not competitive when it comes to compensation. Based on what I see, they underpay their staff by at least twenty percent when compared to other companies in the same industry. This is most pronounced in support staff. The higher-ups are taken care of much better.
