      Pros

      Culture, people is the primary reason i love to go to work every day. Just like i love to come back home to my family, it is like my working hour time family.

      Cons

      Not sure haven't seen any but will update once i see any cons out of the norm with any company.

      AB is a solid mid-sized company with a really good work-life balance. The culture is friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Compensation is relatively lower compared to larger firms, especially big tech or larger financial institutions.
