Pros
The part of the firm I worked in was full of intelligent people who were interested in new ideas and actively encouraged my professional development. A very collaborative and family-like atmosphere. On my team, there was an active push for diversity that we all appreciated.
Cons
Pay is less than competitors', the move to Nashville has people on edge, many managers are not given adequate authority, and changes in the associate-level positions have left people unhappy. Upper management is also completely non-transparent.
