      Pros

      Some of my immediate managers were amazing and they cared Hours were 8-5. Rarely did I eve have to stay late.

      Cons

      Too many. You will be misled left and right. You will be underpaid, undervalued, and asked to do take on more responsibility without reward.

      AB is a solid mid-sized company with a really good work-life balance. The culture is friendly and supportive.

      Compensation is relatively lower compared to larger firms, especially big tech or larger financial institutions.
